How much is shipping?
US orders ship for $6.99, or free on orders of $75 or more. A Crescent Flare or Crescent Core set reaches the free-shipping mark on its own.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3–7 days. You'll get a tracking link by email when it's on the way.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. International shipping is coming soon. Join the email list to hear first.
How do sets work?
Every set includes a top and a bottom, and we sell them together. Crescent Flare and Crescent Core are $75, and Crescent Court is $55. Choose a color and a size, and both pieces come in that size. The Crescent Zip Jacket is sold on its own.
What sizes do you carry?
S, M and L, with more sizes coming. Not sure which fits? Message us on WhatsApp at (504) 239-3517.
What's your return policy?
Return unworn, unwashed items with tags on within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. You choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
How do I start a return?
Sign in to your account, open the order and choose Request return. You can also use the chat on our site, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Send us your order number and a photo of the item. After we review it, we'll refund you.
How does the welcome discount work?
Sign up with your email and get $10 off your first order of $50 or more. Your code shows up right after you sign up.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You'll see every way to pay on the checkout page.
